CB UK eprom board SC3900F for Galaxy Saturn & relatives, Made in Dorset, UK.
The wires corresponding to P4-P7 and P0-P3 are unsoldered from the main board and resoldered to the SC3900F. Then two 7.5cm lengths of 4-way ribbon wire connect from the SC3900F outputs to the P4-P7 & P0-P3 positions.
