With this mould, it's a breeze. Simply invert and press lightly. This mould is also deep enough that you can make a double layered fudge with one batch poured directly on top of another. For years I've struggled getting fudge out of traditional bakeware moulds and have been burnt on several occasions when pouring boiling water over the base trying to get the stuff to release.
