Sebac fork (telegabel) for scooters

Anyone who rides a big two-stroke runner will certainly have been annoyed with the poorly damping original fork. The USD (upside-down) fork fitted as standard by Piaggio is in fact not a real USD fork at all, but only comes with a grease filling. The described shaft seals are only grease stripping rings. Even at a young age, after just a few thousand kilometers, the fork loses all the features that a reasonable front wheel guide of a sports scooter should have. The grease comes out, smears the spars, and TÜV likes to criticize this. It works through when it coils down or likes to “get stuck” at the bottom. Bumps pass right on to the driver... The Sebac fork is a telescopic fork steamed with oil, the dip tubes are at the top. It was used for the Comparison numbers: Neu & Originalverpackt.
