Pre-wired LED for model railway locomotive headlights. wire up the red(+) and black(-) wires to a DCC decoder or power within a DC locomotive. To connect to a DCC decoder, the red wire should be connected to the blue decoder wire, and the black wire should be connected to the white or yellow decoder wire.
