On Jura ENA and various Impressa models listed below, this seal is located on the fluid connection for the steam pipe. On the new E-series, the seal is located on the cappuccino spout. For Jura devices Serial number/Model usually is located UNDERNEATH the device, so you must lift it and see the correct/full model number, the front sign is not the actual model!
