This is a basic needle style, 1/2”, torque wrench. It reads SAE & Metric. The plastic handle is pivoted in the center for proper pull angle. I thought that i would use one but it hasn’t been out of my tool box in close to a decade so….. Check the photos for detail and Thank You for shopping.
