Listed as new /other because it has never been hung up but the package is worn from age and the bell part has a few spots that can be seen in the photos where there is some slight blemishes. This is a beautiful wind chime that could be used indoors or on a porch. I wouldn't hang right out side in the elements cause it is very light and made of genuine Bisque Porcelain
