This is faulty. I have tested this and it powers up and has suction however the bearing seem to be knackered. It looks like its been used to suck water and as such is on its last legs. I have not taken the time to deep clean this so there is plenty of signs of wear. Please use photos to see exactly what you are getting. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
