The Hex refers to the size of the nut/bolt head and therefore the corresponding size of the socket used with the wheel brace. The spacers are universal and are suitable for 4 & 5 stud wheels. The centre bore is 78.5mm so it can fit the majority of manufacturers hub spigots.
