Used but in good condition. Looks like most of the wires are there, comes with a few fuses as well. Turns on, (please see pic) but advanced testing was not performed ( as I was not sure exactly how to operate it!) but the inside looks to be in good condition, no sign of burns or misuse that would prevent it from being functional. The hard case has some light wear, small blemish on bottom of case. Comes in original box but no manual other than the leaflets photographed
