Hello, This is a Drank Sinatra mug shot photo, on a metal/tin plate. Unusually heavy and thick, tin signs are usually thin. Some age to it, overall great condition. 4 mounting holes. I don't think Frankie was relaxed in this photo haha. Just over 30cm height. Message with any questions.
