LOVELY, RARE Dr. CHRISTOPHER DRESSER DESIGNED COVERED EWER for WATCOMBE TORQUAY

This is a rare, stunning, and fine piece of Dr. Christopher Dresser designed ceramics made at the Watcombe factory, Torquay in, I would guess, the early 1860’s-80's. In un-adorned Terra Cotta, it is depicted as a finely designed angular ewer (with cover) form, with fine angular spout and handle, three decorative, vertical, relief bands to the body, while the pewter (?).
