A good example of this rare B James & son Avon Perfection rod. As you can see from the images, although it is complete and useable, there is some wear and tear visible, especially in the middle section. The Rod is essentially sound but could use some tlc and would be an excellent restoration project. Either way, it would make an excellent addition to any fishing tackle collection. It comes in a cloth rod bag, which I suspect is of its era but not the original. The bag is in poor condition, so i will try to find a suitable replacement before dispatch.
