vintage Duncan DM-167 Chess Set A casting mold for making ceramic chess pieces. This mold produces 4 pieces per casting, with the king measuring 4 1/8" high. To create a complete chess set, both the DM-167 "Chess Set A" mold and its companion mold, DM-168 "Chess Set B," must each be poured four times. The mold weighs 3 lbs. It was manufactured by Duncan Ceramic Products Inc. unused Box in aged condition. Please see photos for more details.
