This lens is brilliant for macro and also does a good job as a portrait lens. The focus does hunt a bit as it's the norm with non Nikon lenses, a worth while trade off for the price difference Vs the Nikon equivalent. overall condition is excellent and everything works as it should. only selling as I've recently purchased an Olympus TG-6 and it's macro capabilities are staggering and all in a far more compact pocketable camera.
