Item has been used a handful of times. Has a small mark on the bag which I am sure it will come off but have not tried myself as I never use this bag hence why I am selling. Item exterior is suede so as you touch it you see different colour and line appear. I would say good as new but some line on the interior / creased where flat is and some marks on bottom. But you can only see these signs of use when zoomed in. Overall really good condition. Some crease on handle and scratch on the interiors but I would say those crates has been there from day one.
