It was manufactured by the Aluminum Specialty Co. of Wisconsin. The box is in rough condition. One top flap is torn off. The leaves of the tree are all still in the original paper wrappers. There are three brackets for the base and 2 pieces of wood with little holes drilled around the sides to insert the leaves.
