Halo 3 designed Skull Banner and red flag. Condition is used and 100% Complete. The instruction book is not included but the instructions are easily found online for free. The set is in great condition but I would note that the crotch piece on the active camo Spartan is cracked and the left arm is discoloured at the elbow joint as pictured.
