Game pieces are in good condition. Board/box does have some wear/marks and there is a tear at one of the corners of the box (as seen in the photos). Instructions not included. All game pieces are there but 1 Green House is missing so I have included a replacement so the gameplay isn’t affected. The 2 dice included aren’t the original dice from this game.
