The CD has been played a couple of times, it has some faintest hairlines that prevent me from describing it as near mint. Booklet in excellent condition too, it has only a small tear on the bottom corner (please see photos). Standard jewel case has some very normal shelf wear. Overall an excellent copy, carefully stored in my personal collection.
