An Edward Preston Bullnose Plane. I believe this is a 1347F, although it is missing the fence and rail that a complete version of this plane would have. They tend to be quite valuable, so if you happen to have a spare set of the attachments this plane could be a worthwhile investment. Without the attachments its a simple bullnose plane. The cutter has good length left and appears barely used. All three parts are stamped "16" indicating that this plane is assembled as it left the factory. It's in very good condition with the only flaw I noted being a tiny chip to one corner of the mouth.
