This has been tested and it works fine. There are 2 issues worth nothing. On the head there is a bit of plastic by the small wheel that is broken. It does not affect use at all. Also the hinge to drop the head is tight. However still pops up and down. Please use photos to see exactly what you are getting. This is a bit grubby inside. I tried my best to clean the head and bin there is only so far i can go. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
