High quality wired noise cancelling headphones. Use 1 xAA battery for boice cancelling (works passive without power). One of the ear pads has opened up. All of the materials is there and could easily be seen up with a needle and thread or probably glued, I just don't have the time. Still work ok. Comes with Goldring case, original 3.5mm audio cable and original large jack adaptor.
