Newly bought printer head installed however was unsuccessful leading to printer no longer working. Tried to remove new printer head but could not. Before installation everything was in perfect working order. Somebody who knows what they are doing could probably get it working again. 4 brand new inks included - Magenta, Cyan, Yellow & Black
