Hand-made "real" Adirondack back pack. This is a brand new medium size pack basket. This is not some cheap knock-off. This is a custom made in The Adirondack region of northern New York state. It is constructed hand pounded black ash splints , not sawn like the cheap trappers baskets are made. It also has features that you won't even find on vintage baskets of this type. Such as board bottom attached to exterior skids , custom para-cord strap pads with survivor cord weaved in to a quick release padding. Heavy duty nylon straps with hanger loop. The wood is heavy duty splints construction. This is a lifetime pack that will be proudly used and handed down through multi generations.
