Vintage Sheaffer Targa 1002s (1st Ed) Matt Black Fountain Pen, CT, F Steel Nib
It is missing its White Dot on the clip. This is the slim size version of the pen. Stamped "Sheaffer USA" around the cap band. Clip is a nice firm fit and properly aligned. The nib is a fine stainless steel in perfect condition.
