There is a possible small chip on his green vest near the top- this can be seen in the pictures. There are also a few marks on the back of his head. The winding mechanism works as it should- the middle of Sam turns and music plays when the bottom knob is turned. Please see pictures. It comes with the original box and styrofoam packaging, no tags.
