Installed brand new in January 2020 hence just 5yrs old, but sustained a damage by our water pipes system that had not been chemically flushed / cleaned for years hence affected the heat exchanger plate but we were told it was not covered under the warranty. Hence, we were advised by the company to do a chemical flush for all our pipes and we just decided to have a new and updated boiler. Comes with the installation and maintenance instructions, Installation manual, installation and servicing timer Kit etc. thanks for watching
