A 895mm tall, 55*55mm think, decorative solid turned hardwood spindle in a colonial style, designed to be installed indoors as a stair spindle or outdoors as a part of an external deck railing. Made from dry timber - beech (similar to oak), a dense, durable wood which is more wear and weather resistant than softwoods. Sanded and smoothed, but not treated with any protective or decorative coating. The photos are actual.
