The invoice can be supplied. It is in good, clean condition and good working order. There is wear and tear on the tip of the (replaceable) left arm-rest cover and the personalised base cushion inner (a Cushion Vicair Adjuster 10 02) will need to be replaced as is to be anticipated if the chair is to suit a new user.
