the HDD is healthy and good condition it has very light scratches but the performance is not affected. it has a few power on counts and hours but it's still working perfectly. it has been tested, please check all the pictures. you'll get just the HDD , nothing else, it uses a usb 3.0 cable which you can acquire cheap . thank you
