no charger included but they're available cheap off here used item so has signs of being a used hoover there are marks and signs of life but cleaned up ready for sale , bin washed and serviced library photo , item supplied will be the same , there may be the odd marks or signs of it's life but works well good used hoover don't forget there's no charger. will post, free to normal uk
