This is an antique Charles Horner Dorcas thimble, size 4. Made in the UK around very early 20th century it features an intricate floral type pattern. There are no visible hallmarks, but research suggest it could be stainless steel lined with an inner and outer layer of sterling silver (see last photo) but highly collectible for enthusiasts.
