please see attached pictures, especially the last ones. this kindle looks like it's charging, then it has the green light, like fully charged, but it doesn't come to the "normal screen" to use it. if it's unplugged, when you press the power button, doesn't work. it can be restarted when 15+seconds holding the button, but after that, it still doesn't come to the home screen I don't know the issue. this item is listed as parts and repair and I don't accept returns, as I've stated the faults, I'm sorry any questions, please ask. thank you for understanding
