The last photo shows the Google warranty expiry date is 26 March 2027, 16 months warranty from Google. The 2nd and 3rd last photos showed the serial numbers of the thermostat unit and the heat link on the thermostat screen (this proved the thermostat connected with heat link and the product works as they should).
