We have created this kit by using the finish line winner announcer from the Mario Kart Rainbow Road set & a 3D printed base plate that allows you to use standard Hot Wherls tracks. It plays Mario Kart themed music and shows the lane of the winning car on a screen. It does not announce the winning lane verbally.
