Ercol Slimline Drop Leaf Gateleg Dining Table (chestnut?)

I’m no expert on wood grain, but it is certainly a nice hardwood, in beautiful condition. No discernible marks on the tabletop and sides. As you can see in the pictures, the tabletop is an oval shape, and will easily seat six round it fully opened.
