This wheeled backpack includes new premium padded backpack straps that are completely removable, making the backpack straps easier to stow and decide whether or not to carry as a backpack. The TECH PAC MC WHEELER BLACKOUT also features our proprietary V-SWAP™ system of interchangeable panels. Only had a few months, isn’t suitable for me and my line of work, no dents or scratches is literally brand new.
