This is a vintage Fitz & Floyd pottery jug modelled as a pair of turnips, with a pink moulded vegetable body and a green glazed leaf-form rim. The rim has a softly scalloped edge and the interior is finished in a pale glaze. The base is marked F&F, confirming Fitz & Floyd manufacture. This piece is typical of their decorative vegetable-themed ranges produced in the late 20th century. Condition: Good vintage condition. No cracks or repairs noted.
