Please see all photos for the most accurate description of condition. I do not know much about this item but the hand crank does turn and parts move. That's really about all I know about it. Other than the fact it looks like it could use a good cleaning, possibly a full restoration also, (it does have some markings but I'm not sure of the manufacturer. It has a crown in print on the top as you can see in the photos )Once again I'm no expert but everything seems to be there and nothing looks to be broken, just very dirty and rusty in some areas. I will also try to get some better photos of it soon.
