The phone is in very good condition, i have had it from new and kept it in a wallet style case which is also included.There are no major scratches or dents.Also included is a set of unused AKG ear phones.The phone has an excellent battery life and i have reset it to factory settings. Please note , charger and usb cable ARE NOT INCLUDED
