This is a vintage evening top that I inherited from my mother. There are no tags in it, no washing instructions. It has a very cool neck line. And would look fabulous with anything from Black velvet pants, to stylistic, jeans, or dramatic gold lame pants yes there is a belt of sorts that what I have always done is take it the two pieces and put it together with a brooch or a feather brooch or some type of pin.
