I’m afraid I know nothing about about sewing machines and neither does my partner for whom this was bought for. It has genuinely only been used once to see if it would light a spark of enthusiasm but unfortunately it didn’t! It was then stored away but there is really no point in keeping it. I’ve connected it to confirm it is fully working and can also send video proof if requested.
