This unit has 16gb of LPDDR3 ram at 2133MHz, most are hampered with only 8gb, again non upgradable. The best feature of this 13" laptop is it's display, a lovely 4k touch screen, top of the line. it generally isn't an issue, more of an annoyance to be honest, I usually just reboot to get the status LED to sort itself.
