There is NO stylus. I have tested this and it is faulty. It would not power on at all/the buttons wouldn't respond. As such it's sold with no guarantees meaning no returns. This does have some cosmetic issues. Most notably a damaged hinge. Please use photos to see exactly what you are getting. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
