The lens is ultra-fast, with lot of glass and aperture blades (13). It's a lot of fun to use - a fascinating challenge to photograph wide-open, and a beast even compared to f1.2 and f1.4 lenses. It is capable of producing very dreamy, soft and beautiful bokeh wide-open and is great for low light photography.
