Very strong weight training bench. Includes leg extension and rowing bar. Plus a preacher curl pad. All works great. Can be adjusted to become a squat rack. The main frame has disc holders for easy access. These have Olympic inserts if you have Olympic sized discs. It has been very well used with lots of weight. There is some surface rusting. I bought it with this. I stripped it down and greased it thoroughly and it has been great for the last two years. Everything works as it should. I could deliver in Reading area for £10 to cover diesel and some time. Let me know your post code and I’ll see if I can. I live near junction 10 of the M4 for collection. I can strip it down for easier collection.
