This Dress2Party prom dress is a stunning ice blue ball gown perfect for a party or prom during the summer season. It has sparkly studs across the bust area which catch the light in the evening . The dress is a strapless style and a long length, making it a glamorous choice for any special event. The dress is lined with netting to give extra fullness to the skirt but some of it was removed as my daughter didn’t like it to “poofy”!
