The mask is in two parts, the bottom half hooks over the lower lip to allow the wearer to talk and move the bottom jaw, the top half sits in place against the face. One size fits most adults, the mask fits well to the face but you can always add small pieces of sponge to help it to fit around the eyes, nose or mouth to get a perfect fit.
