This is Altima ll perfume bottle that has the name head over heels. It has a blue glass dress on a lady upside down in the bottle which serves as the stopper for this perfume bottle. The bare legs are sticking out above the dress and they are a pink color until you get to the feet and they are a frosted glass. Very cool.it has a full bottle of perfume or maybe a very little is gone. The bottle is 1.9 oz and it is also in good condition with no cracks or scratches on it. very sharp item. It is 7 1/2" and 2 1/4" across. the cologne is now made by Revlon see photos
